Sports Business Journal named Bespoke Sports & Entertainment as the Best Workplace in sports among all small agencies. The inaugural award was announced in this week's issue and recognizes best workplaces across the sports landscape including agencies, teams and leagues, media companies, technology and professional services. SBJ ranked winners within each category and Bespoke was the top company among agencies with fewer than 50 employees.
In announcing the recognition, SBJ noted nearly 200 companies were evaluated on key areas that make up an organization’s culture, such as compensation, benefits, confidence in co-workers, and trust in senior leadership. Bespoke ranked highest in the category of Diversity & Inclusion.
Bespoke's workplace and culture has been cited by numerous publications over the last ten years, including Inc. Magazine, Charlotte Business Journal and Front Office Sports.
