Bespoke offers full-time internships in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Each internship session is approximately four months long and includes a monthly stipend. The position requires a strong understanding of sports/event marketing concepts, trends and best practices and their impact on brands. Interns will receive experience across each of Bespoke’s services with a focus in one particular area, providing an opportunity to learn about multiple sides of the agency business in a start-up setting.


  • Work across all teams and clients, including brand activation, hospitality, research and strategy

  • Participate in ideation meetings and provide thoughts and insights

  • Conduct research as needed

  • Develop pre-event documents and post-event wrap-up reports

  • Develop and manage metrics reports

  • Assist with presentations as needed

  • Work on-site at client events, including nights, weekends and holidays


  • Recent college graduate preferred

  • Strong writing skills

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and marketing tools

  • Proficient with the Adobe and Microsoft Office suites preferred

  • Must have an interest and desire to work in sports and entertainment

  • Previous experience working in sports and entertainment strongly preferred

  • Must be available to work weekends
